Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your jewellery, and we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
