  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

  • Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days.

United States & Canada

  • Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

European Union

  • Orders typically arrive within 6–9 business days.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Orders typically arrive within 4-9 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier or customs delays.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

  • Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received your parcel.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Due to the high volume of orders and emails we receive, shipping addresses cannot be altered once an order has been placed.

  • Please ensure all order details, including your shipping address, are correct and complete before checkout.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or modified once they have been placed, including changes to items, sizes, or shipping details.


Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are complete, accurate, and correct at the time of checkout.

  • saint riviera cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors supplied by the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are included in your order total at checkout.

  • There will be no additional charges on delivery for UK, US, or Canadian customers.


Lost or Delayed Orders

  • In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at hello@saintriviera.store.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Liability for Delivered Goods

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

  • saint riviera is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.

  • If you believe a delivery issue has occurred, please contact us promptly so we can assist where possible.
